Style
Construction is formed, folded and welded coated steel 'zintec' with angled gutter and concealed RH (reversible) formed hinges to gasket sealed front door. Removable gasket sealed gland plates are fitted top and bottom for alternative cable access, secured via screws with nylon gasket rings, for added integrity, to threaded inserts in the body for easy fitting. Mounting plates are included and fitted as standard and sized to provide maximum utilisation of area and unobstructed access to enclosure mounting facilities.
Materials
Zinc coated rolled steel of thickness: Body 1.2mm, Door 1.6mm, Mounting plate 2.0mm, Gland plates 2.0mm, gaskets - Natural Rubber open cell with surface sealed. Hinges 1.2mm formed with 5mm diameter removable secured pins.
Surface finishes
Solved enamel polyester power to: RAL7035 grey leatherette on body, Gland plates and Doors
White semi-gloss on the mounting plates
Door Fastening
Quarter Turn lock 8mm triangular form key operated, as standard (options available) - Locks are single, double or 3 point depending upon heights.
Integrity
IP65 to IEC529.
